Robert was happy the day in 2003 when US Airways sent him the letter saying his travel activity no longer merited preferred status. That meant he was successful in minimizing his travel so he could spend more time with his family.
While his work still involves travel, all consulting clients must now travel to his offices and he conducts as much business over the phone, video conference and written correspondence as possible.
