Malcolm Gladwell’s book ‘Blink’ is Wrong

Kevin Clancy, author of the book Your Gut Is Still Not Smarter Than Your Head challenges Gladwell’s theories.  The brand advertising Gladwell advocates wastes money and doesn’t generate a return on investment.  Instead Kevin says business owners should create benefits dominated marketing based on thorough market research.
