Launching a New Membership, From Zero to Twenty

Willie Miranda built his real estate business the same way he built his Allstate Insurance agency — with referrals. When Willie discovered Craig Proctor-style direct response marketing for real estate agents, the customers he generated were in addition to those he was already meeting through his existing referral marketing systems.

Now a long-time Craig Proctor student, Willie recently partnered with Craig to create a program for real estate agents, showing them how to use Willie’s referral marketing techniques. Craig and Willie successfully launched that program in January, then Willie created the modules via webinars over the following weeks.

Now Willie is generating customers on his own by speaking at real estate agent events. He recently sold 20 copies of his $497 program and signed up those clients into his $995 monthly coaching program he hosts in partnership with Craig.

Launching is the hardest part. Once you have the product, the sales process, and can deliver, then it’s just about gaining momentum and building the business.
