Scouring the World to Bring You Secrets on Stopping Your Members from Quitting

Imagine sitting in a small boat with your family, a “captain” and his helper holding the rudder of a small outboard engine, when a creature the size of a freight train leaps from the water and crashes in the sea in front of you. This is the humpback whale. Turns out humpbacks return each year to Puerta Varrata Bay to mate. So that means it was a horny freight train leaping from the water.

We enjoyed the whales. When they surfaced for air, they shot a Yellowstone Ole Faithful Geiser of water from their blow holes. Their lungs must be huge. Then they’d sporadically  disappear only to reappear, leaping out of the water. Other times they’d disappear below the surface and would be gone forever, leaving us at the surface to bob up and down in the waves of the Pacific Ocean.

This trip was courtesy of my clients Bo and Sallie Mitchell. They generously invited me and my family to stay with them at their home in San Pancho, Mexico. San Pancho is a seaside village about an hour’s drive from Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.

Their home is amazing. The bedrooms are spacious, air-conditioned rooms with screen doors so you can sleep to the sounds of actual waves. The kitchen, living area, and pool are all in the open air high on a mountainside jungle overlooking the Pacific Ocean.

Their home includes a concierge service that shops for your groceries, books excursions, and even schedules massages for you during your stay. It’s glorious to walk into your vacation home with groceries (and liquor) waiting for you when you arrive.

Sallie handles the marketing for her home, and the website is almost as beautiful as the home itself, featuring photography and video footage. Good thing I got a lot of rest in Mexico, because January has been crazy. I accepted two new clients, together with two Fast Implementation Days. One of my new clients is Money Map Press, the largest financial publisher in the country. I have a series of calls scheduled with two editorial teams. I’ll walk one team through creating a new onboarding program for new customers for a product to lower refunds and increase renewals.
