  1. Loved the statement “complete the conversation” obviously most effective during the onboarding process or for some on the first appointment if that’s how someone’s business is structured. A focus on 1st step results weighs in as a winner too. 2016 is going to be an excellent year for DSB and DMC (my two businesses)
